Urgent Need Bindery - 2nd Shift and Weekends

Position: Direct Hire BinderyCity: BlaineDirect Hire: YesSalary: up to $25 per hour plus shift differential for weekend shiftShift: 1st or weekend Brief Description Seeking a Bindery Operator available for either a First Shift Full Time schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or a Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm). In this role, you will be responsible for finishing printed and laser-printed materials through cutting, folding, gluing, and stitching. The ideal candidate will read and understand job tickets and customer instructions, accurately follow sign-off procedures, and efficiently enter job, inventory, and time data into multiple systems. You will set up, operate, and maintain bindery and lettershop equipment, communicate effectively through Microsoft Outlook, and work collaboratively with helpers, temporary staff, and other operators. Additional responsibilities include completing crossover log books, hour-by-hour logs, and postage usage sheets with accuracy and timeliness.
