Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the fulfillment of customer prescriptions. You will be responsible for receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities + Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to maintain inventory accountability. + Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. + Adhere to quality standards established by the company. Essential Skills + Experience with RF scanning and inventory management systems. + Knowledge of warehouse operations including picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and receiving. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must be able to read English and verbally understand it. + Willing and able to stand for 10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. + Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled Walgreens MicroFulfillment Center facility. Employees can listen to music or podcasts with one earbud/pod during their shift. Shift schedules are as follows: 1st shift from 5am to 3pm and 2nd shift from 3pm to 1am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
