Job Title: Production Associate Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will follow established procedures to safely and efficiently complete assigned production tasks. You will operate equipment to meet production schedules, assemble, package, and label products while accurately recording production information. Your role will include performing inspections and quality checks, completing all required documents, and ensuring products meet specifications. You will also fix products that don't meet standards and collaborate with other teams to solve quality issues. Additionally, you will assist with equipment setup, calibration, and basic maintenance, share improvement ideas, and communicate potential issues while maintaining a clean work area. Your participation in efforts to improve efficiency and reduce waste is vital, along with supporting the companyu2019s safety culture to prevent accidents. Be prepared to work overtime when needed and learn other areas as required. You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodation available for individuals with disabilities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwich, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
