Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients and project stakeholders. Manage project scope, deliverables, and overall execution strategy from kickoff through completion.Engineering & Construction Coordinationu00b7 Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines. Ensure project designs and field execution comply with utility specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure safe, highu2011quality, and efficient construction execution.Project Controls & Financial Performanceu00b7 Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Maintain detailed project schedules and critical path analysis. Identify and mitigate cost or schedule risks.Contract & Commercial Managementu00b7 Administer EPC contracts, including change order management, claims resolution, and subcontractor oversight. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project deliverables. Ensure conformance with OSHA, utility safety standards, and internal safety programs.
