Senior Scrum Master Category: Business Analysis (functional and technical) Main location: United States, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Position ID: J0326-1482 Employment Type: Full Time Position Description: This role will require someone in our client office in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Phoenix, AZ. As a Scrum Master, you will be a coach and facilitator for IT squad. Your work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery on sprint goals. You will work closely with your team and Product Owner and peer Scrum Masters to support Sprint and Release Planning, foster team self-awareness, encourage cross-training, decision-making and continuous improvement Your future duties and responsibilities: uf0a7 Manage multiple team project's scope and timeline uf0a7 Coordinate Scrum Meeting, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups uf0a7 Coach team members in Agile frameworks uf0a7 Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration uf0a7 Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) uf0a7 Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests uf0a7 Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur uf0a7 Help teams implement changes effectively uf0a7 Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint uf0a7 Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity uf0a7 Help build a productive environment where team members u2018own' the product and enjoy working on it uf0a7 Communicating status, risks, issues and/or concerns to leadership in a timely manner uf0a7 Maintaining and updating documentation regarding the design and operation of all software and systems components uf0a7 Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. uf0a7 Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives. uf0a7 Adhering to established best practices for development/design lifecycle uf0a7 Establishing and maintaining a high quality of work uf0a7 Practicing proper business and professional ethics uf0a7 Maintain a productive work environment uf0a7 Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives. uf0a7 Adhering to established best practices for development/design lifecycle uf0a7 Establishing and maintaining a high quality of work uf0a7 Practicing proper business and professional ethics uf0a7 Maintain a productive work environment uf0a7 Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. uf0a7 Design and improve solutions around Adobe AEM solution uf0a7 Prototypes interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles uf0a7 Conducts user testing and reporting on the outcomes uf0a7 Designs consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices uf0a7 AEM component development, workflow development and integrating AEM with other applications and XDP Forms and Processes in JEE Required qualifications to be successful in this role: uf0a7 Minimum of 8 plus years as a Scrum Master uf0a7 BS in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education uf0a7 Experience with large scale program analysis/design/development uf0a7 Familiarity with a variety of designs, languages, and methodologies. uf0a7 Experience with system integration project uf0a7 Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD and CT) and supporting tech stack uf0a7 Extensive knowledge of coding languages. uf0a7 Experience with Databases uf0a7 Ability to work well with and collaborate with others, leading/coaching/mentoring teams uf0a7 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills uf0a7 Self-motivated and passionate about learning and working with the latest technologies with effective communication skills Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $156,700.00.
