Join us as a Field Supt EI Your mainresponsibilities Field Superintendent - Existing Installation The FieldSuperintendent, Existing Installations (EI) is responsible for theservicing and repair of all assigned units so as to conform to customerand Company requirements as related to quality improvement, safety, costimprovement and customer satisfaction in support of Area objectives.He/she is also responsible for employee selection, training and safetyfor all assigned projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure thatmaintenance meets Area and Company quality standards and meets allcontract requirements. Implement customer and Company requirementsfor quality, performance reliability and passenger safety for eachproject under his/her supervision. Implement EEO/AA requirementconsistent with Area and/or State and Federal requirements. Supportsales staff in estimating service orders, scheduling and executingorders, and investigating and resolving customer complaints. Thisspecific position may include a sales role depending on the candidate. Manage ongoing program of project audit so as to assure conformanceof performance standards of quality, completeness and safety. Developand implement program of manpower selection, training and performanceappraisal essential to productivity and quality improvement objectives. Implement route management strategy in support of ensuring uniformapplication of preventive maintenance procedures while controllingmanpower to minimum level. Develop spirit of teamwork and dedicationto quality improvement among all employees. Evaluate and initiaterequests for tooling where such tooling would support productivityimprovement. Maintain and manage pro-active relationships with localIUEC business agent.
