JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is essential to the success of ourretail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesaleand retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questionsabout Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve anycustomer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stayup-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality andvisual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialistsare tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistentlymeeting the store's sales goals. Job duties involve contact withcustomers, which may include minors; and access to cash and otherpayment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, storemerchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervisedor unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review ofcriminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operationsand reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company'scustomers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the generalpublic.
