Reporting to the Manager of People and Culture, thecoordinator partners with HR colleagues, leaders and individualcontributors organization-wide to drive engagement, performance, andlearning and development. Coordinatelogistics and execution for organization-wide engagement initiatives,including Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), mentorship programs,recognitions programs, inclusion activities, and annual engagementsurveys. Directly support ARG leaders, sub-group leaders, and memberswith scheduling, meeting coordination, marketing and communications, andevent planning. Provide system and administrative support oforganization-wide performance management cycles, such as performancereviews, talent reviews, goal setting, engagement surveys, and more,within the performance management platform.
