Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Direct all planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring every project aligns with organizational mission, strategic initiatives, and customer priorities. + Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and cash flow while managing internal/external audits and reporting key metrics and risks to leadership. + Act as the primary liaison for general contractors, defining contract parameters and ensuring all partners meet strict safety, conduct, and operational standards. + Drive continuous process improvement and business innovation through collaborative partnerships to enhance construction efficiency and service delivery. + Lead the full talent lifecycleu2014including hiring, training, and performance evaluationu2014to build a high-performing project management staff. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Manager Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)also accepted. + Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted. Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Healthcare strongly preferred. Project Management preferred.
