Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Evaluate and deliver specialized care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities. + Develop, implement, and adapt individualized care plans based on diagnostic assessment and real-time patient outcomes. + Monitor complex respiratory equipment and communicate vital status changes to the multidisciplinary clinical team. + Educate patients and their families on health conditions while providing connections to community support resources. + Lead life-saving interventions as an active member of the emergency resuscitation and rapid response teams. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the Florida Board of RespiratoryCare obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy ofPediatrics (AAP) preferred. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
