This Chief of Staff role is designed for a professional with strong business judgment who can serve as the operational extension of firm leadership. The Chief of Staff will shadow leadership meetings, help execute strategic initiatives, and ensure that projects across multiple departments move forward efficiently. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the managing partner on firm-wide initiatives and report regularly on progress across departments. Chief of Staff Responsibilities: + Attend and shadow leadership meetings with the managing partner to track strategic initiatives and operational priorities. + Oversee project management for firm-wide initiatives and ensure follow-through across departments. + Monitor progress on projects and provide updates to the managing partner on completion timelines and departmental performance. + Identify operational improvements and provide strategic input to leadership on firm initiatives. + Communicate regularly with department leaders to ensure initiatives created by firm leadership are implemented and completed. + Prepare reports and summaries to keep leadership informed of project progress and operational developments.
