Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician

JOB TITLE Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) TechnicianPURPOSE To provide exceptional service to our customers by preparing and delivering recreational vehicles (RVs).COMPENSATION $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package.RESPONSIBILITIESThis is a summary of the work for this position and is not intended to be all inclusive.1. Prepare RVs prior to delivery by thoroughly cleaning interior and exterior, performing minor repairs,installing parts and accessories, and conducting inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety.2. Demonstrate and explain RV system operations such as gas, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, chassis/towing,generators, appliances, and exterior and interior components, etc.3. Educate customers on RV safety, care, and preventative maintenance.4. Thoroughly understand products to answer questions and address concerns promptly, appropriately,and confidently.5. Follow policies, procedures, guidance, and training to perform all work in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.6. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and using active listening and personalizedinteractions to help customers.7. Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships.8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and appearance.9.
