As a result of our expansion, we arelooking for a Bilingual Training Coordinator to join our growing team.Responsibilities Work with HR & safety team that aids in theidentification and resolution of issues or areas of improvement,training of employees, and overall awareness of everyday safety Assistin tracking and following up on all accidents and near miss reports toprevent any future incidents Improve safety awareness for employeesthrough weekly supervisor lead safety discussions tracking employees'attendance Conduct new hire orientations Follow up on all safety relatedwork orders or improvements to make sure progress is being made Trainclassroom & practical work cell Forklift, scissor Lift & crane trainingNew hire safety training Identify training needs and implement employeetraining programs Monitor working procedures for safety and trainingrelated issues and improvements Assist with on-the-job training inorganizing procedures, coordinating trainer/trainee interaction andtracking Injury reporting and investigations Qualifications Knowledge ofsafety and HR training practices Ability to work independently and beself-directed Requires excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to CommuteMust be fluent in English and Spanish Equal OpportunityEmployer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Global Power Components isan Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
