It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.Job responsibilities include:Conducting safety meetingsCreating and managing punch listsSupporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC programPreparing RFI's and submittalsLabor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenanceQuantitative takeoffs for material orderingSupporting the implementation of the job scheduleCoordinating warranties and O&M'sMaterial coordination with purchase orders and invoicingThis position is safety-sensitive.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Basic RequirementsMust have a bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawingsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taughtStrong customer service skills and relationship-building abilitiesMust have critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitaskMotivated self-starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiativeWorks well under pressure and deadlinesPreferred RequirementsOSHA certificationsWilling to travel/relocate based on project needsBenefitsAt Performance Contracting, our employees are our greatest asset.
