Apply today so we can help you look for your next opportunity Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Analyze financial data and prepare standard reports for management. + Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. + Maintain accounting controls and adhere to company policies and procedures. + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits. + Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, and Workday for daily tasks (Based on general knowledge). Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience in accounting or finance. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.). + Familiarity with payroll management and accounting controls. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work onsite in Birmingham, AL.
