This role supports wafer fabrication through photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and precision measurement. Youu2019ll operate advanced tools, follow controlled procedures, and play an important part in producing nextu2011generation electronic components. What You'll Do + Operate manual and computeru2011controlled semiconductor equipment to meet production and quality goals. + Set up, run, and monitor tools used in photolithography, wet/dry etch, cleaning, and metrology processes. + Work with team members to process wafers and optical components accurately. + Use software to track performance and make small corrections to improve productivity. + Follow quality procedures, identify issues, and maintain a clean, safe working environment. + Support additional production duties as assigned. What You Need + Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word. + Ability to lift light materials as needed. + Ability to sit or stand for 3u20135 hours at a time. + High school diploma or GED. Preferred Experience + Cleanroom or manufacturing background. + Microscope experience and strong manual dexterity. + Interest in learning complex machinery and technical processes. + Experience with electronics assembly, soldering, circuit boards, or semiconductor equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
