Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations. Other duties as assigned. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested. Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner. Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English [Required] • Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals [Required] • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists [Required] • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes [Required] • Knowledge of safe handling tools and equipment [Required] • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills [Required] • Proficient in the operation of gas and electric outside equipment and tools [Preferred] • Ability to read and understand work orders [Required] • Ability to enter data in CMMS System [Required] • Complete all work as assigned [Required] Education: • High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Field of Study: • N/A Work Experience: • 1+ year experience in healthcare setting [Preferred] Additional Information: • N/A Licenses and Certifications: • Driver's License (DL) [Required]Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - Range:$16.91 - $27.06This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
