Position Title: Production Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! Production Responsibilities: - Operating and monitoring assigned production machines to meet quality, safety and customer specifications - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintaining production rates - Setting up, adjusting and running machines within approved parameters, and standard operating procedures - Performing changeovers, clean / sanitize procedures and line clearances across multiple machines - Completing accurate production and quality documentation - Supporting production needs by performing additional line duties as needed - Maintaining housekeeping standards and following safety and GMP requirements - Communicating with leads and cross-functional teams to resolve process and equipment issues Requirements For Production: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in production and/or operation - Knowledge of machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers - Basic math skills - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; standing/walking for 8-10 hours IND045 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
