Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Debit Card Specialist to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of debit card services, providing exceptional support to customers and staff. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers the opportunity to transition into a long-term role while contributing to a dynamic banking environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist customers and staff with inquiries related to debit card services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. u2022 Process applications for new debit cards, replacements, and updates while maintaining attention to detail. u2022 Handle card activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting to support seamless cardholder experiences. u2022 Monitor and address potential fraud activity to safeguard cardholder accounts and ensure transaction security. u2022 Maintain accurate records of cardholder activity and departmental operations. u2022 Provide technical support for debit card systems and services, ensuring optimal functionality. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes. u2022 Ensure compliance with banking policies and security protocols related to debit card operations. u2022 Respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer needs effectively. u2022 Stay informed on industry best practices and updates to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or banking environment. u2022 Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. u2022 Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain organized records. u2022 Familiarity with debit card operations and security measures is highly preferred. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. u2022 Technical proficiency to navigate banking systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
