From paperwork to customer service, your organization and communication keep the branch on track.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Develop and maintain positive relationships within the Branch departmentsFacilitate and collaborate with leaders across the Branch to prepare, edit, and finalize InvoicingProvides support for other Branch management, Departments, and staffCompletes critical aspects of daily and monthly administrative needs with a hands-on approachHandles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressuresFinancial Tasks Reconcile Petty Cash Receipts and AuditsGeneral payroll knowledge preferredExperience Reconciliation of AP, AR, and Inventory invoicesAdditional Responsibilities & MiscellaneousPerform other duties as assigned to support branchand corporate objectivesQualificationsStrong customer service, comfortable with verbal and written communication, and can coach the local sales teamsTeam Player who is comfortable engaging and collaborating with employees, customers, and leadership teamsTechnology adopter, change agent mentalityCreative thinker, problem solver, self-starterSales knowledge, understanding of customer habitsFluency in branch operationsStrong understanding of CRM and CSDExpert in MyFBMMust be efficient, organized, and resourcefulFlexible, able to establish priorities and juggle competing tasksExcellent interpersonal skills to deal with many different peopleStrong decision-making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented and ability to multi-taskMust have 3+ years of Office Admin/Management supporting Branch staff in a fast-paced environmentExperience assisting with HR hiring process preferredReports ToBranch ManagerCompensation The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location within state. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
