Join a fast-paced, hands-on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Product KnowledgeProvide service to customers entering the warehouseMaintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and servicesMaintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and sizeWarehouse Operations & Maintenance Perform minor building maintenance when necessaryReceive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materialsAllocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouseMaintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids/pallets, etcParticipate in monthly and/or annual physical inventoriesSafetyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentFollow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environmentUse proper lifting techniquesWear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothingTrainingsAttend and participate in all required company training programsPhysical RequirementsFrequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulationOccasional operation of forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a dayOccasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting proceduresAdditional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assignedMiscellaneous Support our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties as assignedQualificationsBuilding supply warehouse experience strongly preferredHigh school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or trainingReports ToBranch ManagerCompensation The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
