This role supports the daily production workflow by ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout all assigned tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Quality Control Inspect parts before and after production to ensure compliance with quality standardsRecord and report issues related to product defects, equipment performance, or workflow concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized production areaSafety & Equipment Operation Follow all established safety procedures when operating machinery and equipmentSafely load and unload parts and materials as requiredAdhere to company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards at all timesWorkflow SupportMeet production deadlines with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detailAssist team members and support production workflow as neededUtilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, labeling, and reportingMiscellaneousSupport our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties as assignedQualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track and record inventoryEffective organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of standard safety procedures and a commitment to following themBasic computer proficiency for inventory and labeling tasksStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbsDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamReports ToProduction ManagerCompensation The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
