The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.Opening available at the following branch location: 28801 Douglas Dr, Eugene, OR 97402 (Eugene Airport)This is a position that pays $17.50/hour with opportunities for bonuses.Multiple full and part time schedules available.The seasonal window starts May 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days (October 2026).We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lotRemind customer to check for personal belongingsIdentify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and foundAdvise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customerProvide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminalThank customers using the prescribed dialogueInquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfactionDiscreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss reportUse of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gasComplete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot locationIdentify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot locationKeep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flowSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust have a valid drivers licenseNo more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureThis a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experiencea 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hired
