This role ensures data accuracy in HR systems, assists with employee lifecycle events, and delivers consistent service to employees while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.HR OperationsMaintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity; support audits and compliance activitiesTrack employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) and prepare related documentationGenerate routine HR reports and metrics for leadership to reviewIdentify discrepancies in employee data and escalate appropriatelyRespond promptly to employee HR inquiries and coordinate with payroll, IT, and hiring managersContribute to process improvement ideas and participate in HR discussionsOnboarding AdministrationEnter new hire information into HR systemsTransfer and verify candidate and employee data between recruiting and HR systemsCoordinate onboarding logistics including orientation schedules and internal communicationCommunicate appropriate stakeholders regarding onboarding plans and employee placementCoordinate travel arrangements for new hires when requiredManage onboarding checklists and track completionPrepare and organize new hire paperwork and ensure proper filing within shared systemsMaintain onboarding documentation and records in compliance with company policiesReporting and Data ManagementMaintain and update income scenario spreadsheets including annual salary and signing bonus trackingSupport automation and reporting improvements related to recruiting and HR systemsAssist with preparing workforce reports and onboarding metricsBenefits and Employee SupportSupport benefits and leave administration processesProvide general HR support to employees by answering questions and directing them to appropriate resourcesCoordination of employee engagement activitiesAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.1-2 years of HR or administrative experience required.Experience working with HRIS and recruiting systems (e.g., UKG, iCIMS) preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple deadlines.Working Conditions:Office-based; standard Monday-Friday schedule.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
