A warm, busy, fully staffed family in the Smyrna/Marietta area is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Nanny/House Manager Hybrid to support the day-to-day operations of their home. This role is primarily household management-focused, with the expectation of stepping into childcare coverage as needed. Start date would ideally be by June 1st or sooner for the right candidate.The family has three young children (ages 7, 5, and 3), including a 5-year-old on the autism spectrum who attends ABA therapy. They employ multiple household staff (including nannies and housekeepers) and are looking for a polished, reliable professional who can help oversee logistics, streamline the household, and act as a strong point person in the home.The family currently has a long-term Lead Nanny who is expecting a baby.
