This position is located at 501 Windy Ridge Rd, Indiana, Pennsylvania, 15701 United StatesThis role will have responsibility for the Indiana, PA fufillment center and Augusta, GA Contact Center.A successful HR Manager for the URBN Fulfillment/Distribution Centers will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations. Their responsibilities will extend beyond traditional HR functions, as they navigate the dynamic landscape of an innovative Supply Chain environment. Leveraging their proven track record of success, they will drive our growth trajectory by defining and implementing URBN’s core people strategies.As an integral part of the leadership team, they will provide strategic guidance in all HR matters, ensuring alignment with our core values while enhancing our organizational culture. Their role encompasses a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities, empowering them to contribute significantly to business discussions. They will challenge existing norms where necessary, leveraging insights and data to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with site leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company cultureIn line with business needs, define and implement initiatives to improve to long term business performance achieve goalsPartner with Talent Acquisition Team and oversee all recruiting efforts and involvement in the communityTalent Management: Leading Onboarding, training & development, succession planningLead and manager HR team while ensuring people priorities are implemented and followedAssist in creating peak headcount plans, work with agencies to ensure staffing needs are meetEnsure employee compliance by auditing payroll records, validate employee and company information is accurateEnsure high engagement in the locations, organizational developmentPlan, direct and coordinate the activities for their facilityActive Business Partner to location leadersSecure HR processes and procedures and initiative are implemented and followed up in the facilityFacilitate the onboarding for HR generalist and secure competence within HR teamAvailable for onsite assistance and questionsCommunicate company policies and procedures to all employees and enforce company standardsConduct employee investigations as needed, ensure consistent application of policy, coach and mentor leadership and hourly employees on best practicesAll other duties assigned by Human Resources Business Partner Supply ChainTravel as needed up to 25% of the time#INDMOKS#LI-MW2Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources fieldBachelor’s required in related field3 plus years leading and managing HR teamStrong analytical, problem solving and reporting skillsExcellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skillsExperienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial cultureHas operated at scale and complexity.Strategic HR thinking: has clear business acumen and passion, and is able to develop and articulate a HR/OD agenda that'll drive positive outcomes.Open, practical and pragmatic.
