Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Development Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of successfully guiding Agile teams in software development projects. In the Scrum Master role, you will collaborate closely with client teams to facilitate Agile processes, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and foster continuous improvement. As Development Delivery Manager, you will manage Agile delivery, oversee resource allocation, and monitor capacity while ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for outsourced development teams, which include a mix of onshore and offshore developers. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. u2022u2003Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and project objectives. u2022u2003Assist in the accurate estimation and planning of sprints and releases. u2022u2003Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress. u2022u2003Foster a team culture focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. u2022u2003Ensure the team consistently adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices. u2022u2003Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, promoting best practices. u2022u2003Track and report on team performance metrics, including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Metrics tracked include burn-down charts, velocity, story completion, control charts, and cumulative flow diagrams, dependency mapping, capacity planning u2022u2003Maintain awareness of both individual team member performance and overall team dynamics. Provide regular updates to the Program Lead on the health of the Scrum team. u2022u2003Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, identify risks, and address issues. u2022u2003Facilitate open and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. u2022u2003Ability to operate within a hybrid Waterfall and Agile framework, managing quarterly prioritized deliverables developed using Agile practices.
