This role ensures alignment of project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocation with overall program objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage scheduling tools and data analysis techniques to identify risks, assess performance variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectivesTrack project dependencies, milestones, and critical path activitiesGenerate and deliver schedule status reports, metrics, and dashboardsSupport Program Management Office (PMO) reviews, briefings, and auditsIdentify scheduling risks and opportunities; recommend mitigation strategiesAnalyze schedule performance and variances to ensure alignment with program goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule inputsContinuously improve scheduling processes, workflows, and reporting methodsBasic Qualifications:5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or program coordinationProficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or PrimaveraExperience maintaining and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and visualizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsDemonstrated experience designing and improving workflows and processesExperience managing and optimizing processes for compliance and performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsCertifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) preferredClearance Requirement:US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearancePeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
