We are searching for an Electrician to join our team located at our manufacturing plant located in Jacksonville-East, IL.Pay: $34.90/hourYour Role:As an Electrician,you will operate cast film lines in a safe and efficient manner to produce acceptable quality products according to specifications.You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment down to the component level.Provide electrician support to work teams, technical groups, facilities and other functional groups for troubleshooting, repairs, projects, etc.Support predictive, preventive, and parts rebuild maintenance programs.Be able to work independently and as part of a team to solve electrical and mechanical equipment problems.Provide electrical and mechanical support to other RCP Jacksonville facilities for either short or long-term assignment as the business needs require.You will love it here if…You put safety first, always You listen, learn, and evolve You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivityYou are committed to improving our impact on local communitiesWe need you to have:High School diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting and strong mechanical aptitude.Ability to work overtime as needed.Icing on the cake:Associate's degree / certificate in electrical / electronics, or equivalent experience.Want to know more?
