Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.Production Planner Position SummaryThe Production Planner will be responsible for planning and developing feasible, long-range, master production schedules for finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements. This position will also track raw materials, purchased parts, and packaging supplies to ensure the correct amount of materials are available to meet the schedule in a contract manufacturing environment. Plan and manage production schedules in ERP system to meet customer delivery requirements and maximize operational efficiencyBalance production and inventory levels with demand to support customer service levels, inventory turn goals, and capacity utilization requirements Maintain capacity planningAnalyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirementsPartner with sales and customer service on incoming orders and customer prioritiesMonitor production and shipping performance and proactively initiates actions to ensure delivery commitments are fulfilledParticipate in tier meetings to provide schedule updates to operations, engineering, and qualitySupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirementsRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and financeUnderstand customer needs and the core business markets we serveEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properlyParticipate in required company meetings Maintain an organized work area (5S)Participate in the Operational Excellence Program Complete all other work duties as assignedAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentExperience working within ERP systems; Epicor preferredAbility to consistently achieve short and long-term business resultsAbility to follow through on commitments and holds team members accountable Strong problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Attention to detailOrganizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to prioritize and multitaskWhat is it like to work at Cretex Medical?We recognize the contribution of every individual and promote growth, safety and security for all our employees. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
