For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.Under the immediate supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Materials Coordinator is responsible for issuing parts to work orders in the ERP system, staging materials to transport into the clean room, reconcile work orders to maintain accurate inventory counts. Other Responsibilities may include:Acts as a liaison between various departments to resolve logistical bottlenecks quickly.Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure are vital for keeping pace with rapid production cycles and shifting delivery schedules. Investigation of inventory discrepancies and correct accordingly.Verify entries on the Material Move Sheet to insure correctness of entries.
