Patient Care Coordinator - Rochester Pediatrics

The Dental Specialists Rochester Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As aPatient Care Coordinatoryou will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour#TDSEducation RequirementsAssociates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experiencePreferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team playerDental insurance knowledge is a plusMonday- 7:30-5:15Tuesday- 7:30-5:15Wednesday- 7:30-5:15Thursday- 7:30-5:15Friday- 7:30-12 (rotating every other friday off)Fridays are admin days onlyNo weekends or nightsAbout The Dental Specialists:Since 1998, The Dental Specialists has been owned and led by our doctors who are passionate about providing the best patient-centered care.
