AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.As an AWS Cloud Systems Administrator with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to do the following:Responsible for sustainment and enhancements of the customers AWS GovCloud operating environment.Responsible for supporting the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) activities of multiple software teams who design, develop, and deploy web technologies.Work within an environment of rapid growth and must anticipate and respond effectively to mission needs as they emerge.The position duties include monitoring and sustaining the DevSecOps pipeline (i.e. GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, Xray).Work with development and customer support teams, providing technical and operational support.4+ Years experience as a Cloud/DevSecOps Systems Administrator2+ Years Knowledge/experience with platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, ECS, EKS, etc.2+ Years in an AWS GovCloud Environment supporting DoD1+ Years experience/knowledge of DISA and DoD PoliciesSecret Clearance Requiredor the ability to obtain a DoD Secret (SSBI) or Top Secret ClearanceDoD 8570 IAT II Certified (Security + or equivalent)REQUIREDHighly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff requiredAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
