About the role We are looking for a fun and energetic individual looking to work for the worldsu2019 largest commercial real estate company. CBRE dominates every aspect of commercial real estate, from brokerage and asset services to property development and management. This candidate must have experience with ServiceNow, web-based applications and technologies, possess strong communication skills, and have the desire to learn the general operations of a global D&T organization. What you'll do + Under broad direction provide architecture, development, and administration of CBREu2019s global ServiceNow platform. + Evaluate, design, and develop new features and roadmaps + Serve as primary technical point of contact on customer engagements of the highest complexity and value. + Understand business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation. + Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability. + Function as the principal ServiceNow SME. Mentor/assist other team members where needed. + Diagnose and isolate incidents through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues. + Work with users to fully utilize the ServiceNow product suite. + Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and 3rdparty system (REST, SOAP, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies) + Develop transformative AI solutions that enhance user experiences and improve operational efficiencies + Develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations Qualifications + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work. + Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments. Strong working knowledge of the following ServiceNow components: + IT Service Management + CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, Change + AI/Machine Learning + Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive Intelligence, Document Intelligence + IT Operations Management + Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, PowerShell, + MID server management + Policy and Compliance + Legal Service Delivery + HR Service Management + Customer Service Management + Integration Hub, Automation Center, RPA + Minimum 5+ years of development/scripting experience with HTML, + JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, PowerShell, Orchestration. + Minimum 5+ years experience with service oriented architecture design and development and web service integration (REST, SOAP) + Hands-on experience developing integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms (REST/SOAP, flat files, etc) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. + Proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective solutions. + Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. Including, but not limited to: development of project estimates, documentation of requirements, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews + Experience in developing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. + Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. The minimum salary for the Change Management Associate Director position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Change Management Associate Director position is $140,000. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
