Customer Experience Associate u2013 Onsite (Carrollton, TX) Pay Rate: $22u2013$23/hr Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8AMu20135PM or 9AMu20136PM Location: Carrollton, TX 75010 Work Type: On-site Placement Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role Weu2019re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a high-volume Consumer Direct Lending team. This entry-level role serves as the primary point of contact for consumers throughout the mortgage loan process after their initial conversation with a licensed loan officer. You will play a key part in ensuring an efficient, supportive, and informed customer journey while collaborating with internal mortgage fulfillment teams. What Youu2019ll Do + Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers + Send and respond to text messages (with consumer consent) + Answer high-volume customer inquiries related to mortgage loans + Manage a pipeline of up to 75 active loans + Perform data entry, information validation, and documentation tasks + Communicate via phone, email, and/or chat with customers and authorized third parties + Monitor work queues and follow up as needed + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues or expedite processing + Perform preliminary research to resolve customer questions + Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors + Meet established performance, productivity, and quality standards + Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines + Support additional duties as assigned Mustu2011Have Skills + Customer service experience + Call center experience + Mortgage experience (originations or servicing) + Banking or financial services background Nice-to-Have Experience + Loan processor + Loan closer + Loan officer + Call center experience within financial services or banking Qualifications + Mortgage/financial services call center background preferred + Basic understanding of Federal, State, or Local mortgage regulations is a plus + Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + Strong judgment and ability to resolve routine issues + Timeu2011management skills with the ability to meet deadlines + Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and general computer applications + Strong negotiation and conflictu2011resolution abilities Work Environment + Onsite role + Mondayu2013Friday schedules: 8AMu20135PM or 9AMu20136PM + Voluntary weekend overtime may be available Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
