Our team is seeking an Entry-Level Analyst for a temporary-to-hire opportunity, supporting accounts receivable, reconciliation, and billing functions. Ready to get started? Responsibilities: u00b7 Analyze and maintain large data sets using Advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. u00b7 Assist with accounts receivable (AR) processes: invoice generation, monitoring payment status, and resolving discrepancies. u00b7 Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions and account balances. u00b7 Support the billing cycle by preparing and reviewing invoices, validating data accuracy, and correcting errors as needed. u00b7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of AR and billing transactions. u00b7 Help prepare reports on AR aging, billing status, and reconciliations for management review. u00b7 Identify trends, variances, or issues in data and recommend solutions to improve process efficiency Requirements Requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Masteru2019s degree is not needed. u00b7 1+ year of related experience preferred (internships will be considered). u00b7 Demonstrated proficiency with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing/manipulation in large spreadsheets). u00b7 Exposure to accounts receivable, reconciliation, or billing strongly desired. u00b7 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. u00b7 High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
