Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant to join the Marketing Ops team. This role is supporting Disney streaming. Half of the team sits in Singapore and the other half of team is in Melbourne, so this person will need to sit in PST time zone and be comfortable with 12pm-8pm or 1pm-9pm PST working hours. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Must Haves: u2003- 5-7+ years in Marketing executing CRM/Lifecycle channel optimization and insights u2003- 3+ years of experience Ideal to have a subscription services background u2003- Working knowledge of / Proficiency in Braze, ideally certified in the platform u2003- Working knowledge of SQL and template scripting (e.g. AMPscript, Liquid) u2003- Experience in email, push, sms, in-app messaging channels and platforms u2003- Superior stakeholder partnership management experience via a consultative approach. u2003- An understanding and administration of message experimentation best practices u2003- Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies u2003- Proficiency in building HTML emails from assets files, make message template adjustments and have the ability to articulate more complex needs to developers u2003- Passion for velocity, enabling the team to scale through superior project management u2003- Analytic orientation and curiosity, using insights to drive your next course of action u2003- Be a highly organized, highly methodical and strong team player u2003- Be able to multitask and handle simultaneous projects, have exceptional problem solving skills and display composure under stress u2003- Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed user expectations and enable partner marketing teams u2003- Working knowledge of agile methodologies and of Jira/Confluence u2003- Working knowledge of email and mobile channel best practices u2003- Ability to be on-call, when high priority business needs necessitate u2003- Experience in an operational role u2003- Experience supporting a regionally distributed stakeholder team - Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent practical experience Fluency in another language would be a plus (e.g. Korean/Japanese)
