Data Control Tech (ZAM + SSD)

Job Description u2022u2003Track and manage data storage devices and SSDs using Jira, ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date. u2022u2003Assign data storage devices and SSDs to vehicles to support autonomous vehicle testing. u2022u2003Fulfill daily shipment requests to remote testing locations in a timely and organized manner. u2022u2003Upload test data upon completion of testing to ensure data is readily available for development teams. u2022u2003Monitor and track data upload status, providing timely updates and visibility to developers and stakeholders as needed. u2022u2003Perform readiness checks on all storage devices after data uploads are complete to confirm devices are prepared for recirculation. u2022u2003File tickets for storage devices that are not functioning properly and track issues all the way through resolution to ensure full lifecycle accountability. u2022u2003Monitor and respond to daily, time-sensitive email requests from our partner to ensure uninterrupted operations. u2022u2003Debug storage hardware devices.
