Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking an OCM Specialist to join their team. As an OCM Specialist, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management department supporting project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: OCM Specialist Location: El Dorado Hills, California (Remote options available) Pay Range: $80 What's the Job? + Apply Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools within large or complex IT projects. + Develop and implement change management strategies to support project success and stakeholder engagement. + Conduct impact and risk assessments to identify change impacts and mitigation strategies. + Facilitate communication, training, and capability-building initiatives for diverse audiences. + Collaborate with project stakeholders to monitor change adoption and reinforce desired outcomes. What's Needed? + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. + Minimum of four (4) years of full-time experience applying OCM principles in large or complex IT projects. + Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall and Prosci frameworks. + Valid certification such as CCMP or Prosci Certification, verified during the hiring process. + Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
