We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description Responsibilities + Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately. + Delegate daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations for performance. + Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and overall productivity. + Maintain positive team culture, addressing any conflicts or concerns in a professional manner. + Promote and encourage site safety to associates. + Report and correct any unsafe conditions or equipment within the facility. Required Skills/Education + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Proven experience in a team lead role within a warehouse or logistics environment. + Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures. + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system. + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse environments. + Forklift certification. + Ability to read English and perform basic math functions. Desired Skills + Familiar with (SAP) warehouse management system + Ability to lift 50 lbs.
