Job Title: Part-Time Pharmacy Technician Pay: $26/hour Location: West Sacramento, CA Overview We are seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced pharmacy team in West Sacramento. This role supports prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control while ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance. This is a great opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent position and join a highly engaged team environment. Schedule + Training: First 3 weeks full-time (Mondayu2013Friday, 1:30 PM u2013 10:00 PM) + After training: Part-time schedule determined by business needs + Mandatory overtime may be required Pay $26 per hour Key Responsibilities + Fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules accurately + Locate and verify medications using computer systems and scanners + Replenish automated dispensing units and manage inventory + Perform quality checks for expired or damaged medications + Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy research + Prepare specialty and cold-chain prescriptions for shipment + Pack and ship prescriptions while maintaining HIPAA compliance + Escalate issues and assist with problem resolution when needed Requirements + Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required) + At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (externships do not qualify) + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: PTCB Certification If this sounds like you, apply today Pay Details: $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
