Busy department of 4 is looking to add a well-rounded Bookkeeping professional to their team so share in the workload management. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, come from a high-volume environment and will skilled in utilizing QuickBooks. Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented. u2022 Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing efficiently and in a timely manner. u2022 Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial data and detect discrepancies. u2022 Use QuickBooks to manage and track accounting activities, ensuring data integrity. u2022 Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. u2022 Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and concerns. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. u2022 Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Experience performing bank reconciliations and account analysis. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work well in a team-oriented department. u2022 Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
