Form Cleaner

Location: Castle Rock, WA Pay Rate: $22/hr Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 6:00 AMu20133:00 PM Job Duties + Count inbound forms and verify quantities against expected receipts; document discrepancies or damages and report them to the supervisor/manager/lead. + Inspect incoming forms to determine cleaning or oil requirements; sort accordingly. + Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms. + Safely operate power tools, including grinders and table grinders, to remove dirt or debris as needed. + Apply fresh form oil using provided sprayers in accordance with safety guidelines. + Stack cleaned and prepped forms by category/size and store them properly. + Pick outbound prepped forms for transfers and live customer orders according to instructions. + Perform general shipping tasks such as wrapping, applying shipping labels, and producing BOLs. + Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping. + Perform maintenance and repair on damaged but repairable forms. + Complete other duties as assigned. Job Requirements + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Willingness and ability to correctly use all required PPE. + Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, grinder, and hand tools (hammers, chisels). + Basic math skills: counting, addition, and calculating area (length u00d7 width). + Safe handling of wateru2011based form oil and applicators. + Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety procedures.
