In this hybrid role, you will oversee tax compliance and strategy while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee tax compliance processes for various entities, ensuring timely and accurate filings. u2022 Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize organizational efficiency and minimize liabilities. u2022 Review and prepare annual income tax provisions while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. u2022 Conduct audits and provide detailed analysis to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. u2022 Utilize accounting software systems, such as CaseWare and CCH ProSystem Fx, to streamline tax-related operations. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to handle entity formation and registration processes. u2022 Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws, including sales tax compliance. u2022 Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in tax management. u2022 Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments to processes. u2022 Support financial reporting by integrating tax data with broader accounting functions. Requirements Job Requirements: u2022 Proven experience in tax management within a public or investment advisory setting. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software systems, including CaseWare and CCH ProSystem Fx. u2022 Strong knowledge of sales tax, income tax provisions, and compliance regulations. u2022 Familiarity with entity formation and registration processes. u2022 Expertise in auditing and financial analysis. u2022 Ability to monitor and adapt to changes in tax legislation. u2022 Excellent organizational and leadership skills. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
