Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician Job Description The Production Technician I plays a critical role in accurately preparing orders for shipment by ensuring that the correct product is poured into the appropriate container. This position requires careful attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations, with responsibilities that include preparing orders for On Demand, Conversions, or projects and delivering them to the Audit Desk for inspection. Responsibilities + Pull material, bottle, and lid for orders. + Call for an audit of material, bottle, and lid to verify correct items before pouring. + Fill orders by pouring the correct amount of product into the correct container for shipment to the customer. + Reclose and stage or return the original bulk container if not emptied. + Ensure poured products have the correct lot number or correctly labeled container/lid. + Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. + Keep records of the use and/or damage of materials. + Examine and inspect products for defects and report any damage to the manager or inventory team for investigation. + Assist fellow coworkers as needed. + Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required per order. Essential Skills + 1 year of experience in manufacturing. + Proficiency in production and machine operation. + Ability to work around chemicals. + Capability to be clean shaven and fitted for a respirator.
