Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Civil Engineer to engage in civil design, drafting, and concept design for potential real estate acquisitions. The role involves stormwater and grading designs, as well as developing concept plans alongside engineers for project proposals. You will work on a variety of industrial and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities + Consult with business development partners to assess investment opportunities for multiple sites/properties, including budget fit, earthwork requirements, building layout, cost estimation, and permitting challenges. + Collaborate with the construction team to solve problems and efficiently move projects forward. + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil site design and land development in commercial real estate projects. + Develop site development designs and proposals, focusing on stormwater systems and grading. Essential Skills + 4+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in land development or municipal projects. + Proficiency in completing stormwater system, grading, and site development designs and proposals. + Knowledge of permits, procedures, and relevant regulations. + Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk, Civil 3D, and computer-aided design. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in concept design and civil site design. + Understanding of civil construction processes.
