About the Role: As a Senior Business Analyst u2013 Cards & Money Movement , you will make an impact by leading functional analysis and solution design across card issuing and acquiring platforms, as well as core money movement rails such as ACH, RTP, and wires. You will be a valued member of a crossu2011functional delivery team and work closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and highu2011performing payment solutions. In this role, you will: u2022 Lead requirements discovery and functional design across card lifecycle and endu2011tou2011end money movement processes. u2022 Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and interface designs. u2022 Partner with engineering teams to define integrations across processors, gateways, cores, and fraud or AML platforms. u2022 Ensure solutions align with payment network rules, regulatory requirements, and operational risk controls. u2022 Support implementation activities including UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and production readiness. Based on this roleu2019s business requirements, this is a remote position with up to 20% travel within the United States open to qualified applicants in the United States. What you need to have to be considered: u2022 5u20138+ years of experience in payments, cards, or money movement environments. u2022 Handsu2011on experience with card issuing or acquiring, settlements and reconciliation, and dispute or chargeback processes. u2022 Working knowledge of payment rails and standards such as ACH, RTP, wires, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022. u2022 Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and test scenarios. u2022 Experience supporting UAT and driving operational readiness for production releases. These will help you stand out: u2022 Experience with payment processors, switches, gateways, or issuer platforms. u2022 Familiarity with PCI DSS, NACHA, card network rules, and AML or OFAC requirements. u2022 Ability to perform data analysis or validation using SQL or similar tools. u2022 Experience reviewing message traces, logs, or payment flows for issue resolution. u2022 Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Total Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges between $64,350 - $101,500 per year. This position is eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
