As a CNC Mill Machinist , youu2019ll set up and operate Haas Vertical Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) with Fanuc controls , machining extremely tightu2011tolerance parts in a clean, climateu2011controlled environment. This role is perfect for a machinist who enjoys complex setups, exotic materials, and precision work where quality means everything. What Youu2019ll Do + Set up and operate Haas CNC Vertical Mills (3u2011, 4u2011, and 5u2011axis). + Edit programs at the machine using G & M code . + Perform setups, tool changes, and offsets based on blueprints and work instructions. + Hold u00b1.0001 tolerances on aerospace and medical components. + Calculate and adjust feeds & speeds , especially on exotic alloys. + Conduct firstu2011piece inspections and inu2011process quality checks. + Machine extremely small, highu2011precision parts (some as small as a fingernail). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr. - Climate Controlled and super clean- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)- 1 week PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that- Average tenure is 10+ years- Life Insurance- Health, dental, vision, etc...
