What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (Citizen preferred; Star/Tsugami welcome) u2022 Load programs & set tooling u2022 Perform firstu2011piece verification u2022 Make offsets/adjustments to hold extremely tight tolerances u2022 Complete tool changes and wear compensation u2022 Troubleshoot minor machine issues u2022 Read/interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions u2022 Inspect parts using mics, calipers, indicators, comparators, etc. u2022 Maintain a clean, safe workstation u2b50 What Weu2019re Looking For u2022 Handsu2011on experience with Swiss CNC machines u2022 Strong ability to hold tight tolerances u2022 Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and Swissu2011style machining u2022 Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use precision measurement tools u2022 Reliable, detailu2011oriented, and able to work independently u2022 Desire to grow with a quickly expanding company ?
