Job Title: Press Brake Operator 1st shift - $25-30/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating traditional old-school standard press brake/shear, as well as contributing to various shop duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical operations and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. Responsibilities + Set up and operate a traditional Standard press brake. + Set up and operate an Accushear shear machine. + Assist with other shop duties including welding, brazing, fabrication, installation, and assembly. + Conduct quality inspections on parts to ensure high standards. Essential Skills + Experience in press brake setup and operation. + Proficiency in setting up and operating shear machines. + Strong shop math skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. + Ability to read and utilize custom blueprints and diagrams. + Skills in welding and fabrication. + Mechanical inclination and ability to operate machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with blueprint reading. + Mechanical and troubleshooting expertise. + Hands-on experience in machine operation. Why Work Here?
